Welcome to the SDP Postnatal Series ๐๐ป
This is your first step back. Not to who you were, but to who you're becoming. Rise & Rebuild is a six-part postnatal series designed to gently and progressively restore your strength, confidence and connection to your body after birth.
Each class acts as a building block, helping you reawaken your core, glutes, posture and breath. Think of it as a rehab programme. Sam recommends repeating each class three or four times before moving on to the next. There is no rush. Just purposeful and powerful progress.
Whether you are newly postnatal or months (or even years) down the line and still feeling the effects, this series will meet you where you are and help you rise.
NB. You'll need to be at least 4 weeks post virginal birth or 6 weeks post c-section and signed off by your doctor before starting this course.
